What Goes Into Commercial Cleaning Pricing?
One of the most common questions we get is about cost. The honest answer? It depends on your building. A 2,000 square foot office costs a lot less to clean than a 50,000 square foot medical facility. But here are the main factors that affect your quote.
Square Footage
This is the biggest factor. Larger spaces take more time, more supplies, and more people. Most commercial cleaning companies price by the square foot or by the hour.
Type of Facility
A standard office is straightforward. A medical clinic, lab, or food service facility has stricter cleaning requirements and takes more specialized work. The type of business you run directly affects what the job requires.
Frequency
Daily cleaning costs more per month than weekly service, but the per-visit cost is usually lower because there is less buildup between cleanings. Most of our clients are on a daily or three-times-per-week schedule.
Scope of Work
Basic nightly cleaning (trash, vacuuming, restrooms, break room) is different from a full-service plan that includes floor waxing, carpet extraction, window cleaning, and high-dusting. We put together a scope of work based on what your building actually needs.
Location
Where your building is matters. We serve businesses across Texas and North Carolina, and local market conditions can affect pricing.
Why We Don’t Post Prices Online
Every building is different. Posting a flat rate would either overprice simple jobs or underprice complex ones. Neither is fair to you. We prefer to walk through your facility, understand your needs, and give you an honest quote.
